Forecast: BLEAK

A shot of an old barn that I've passed by tons of times but never noticed until this past week. It's a big, old barn that has obviously seen better times. I really like the colors ...

We are bracing ourselves for a big storm that is "supposed" to move through our area later today. I have a meeting in Farmington Hills at noon and I'm hoping to be home before the snow really comes down!

*Today's Random Fact: Driving in the snow, especially during a storm, makes me very nervous. I am not so much afraid of hitting another vehicle, I'm more afraid of another car hitting ME. I suppose this fear stems for the fact that years ago I was in a car accident - another car hit me and totaled my father's car. As my grandmother used to say, "you always have to watch out for the other guy." She was also fond of the saying, "Love many, trust few, and always paddle your own canoe" which I think is a great quote. If you really think about it, it is very true.

Happy Saturday, all.
