Open Field Activity measures locomotor activity and willingness to explore in mice. Two mice are placed into two separate chambers for ten minutes and different behavioral tasks are recorded onto the computer. This clip is showing two different mice being recorded in the chamber. Generally the wildtype mice move around freely while diseased mice tend to stay in the corners of the chamber and stay away from the center.
