FMCbwnegs674 D395 on 2N83 1962 Newhailes
The date given with this was 1962 location is Newhailes thanks to Kenneth in the comment below. No idea what the 2N83 service was either but at least 5 of the 8 Coaches behind Class 40 D395 look like Eastern Region Stock to me.
The fact that D395 was new to Gateshead in June 1962 would also point in that direction. The loco was Eastern Region allocated for all of it's life I think and withdrawn in June 1984 as 40195. Cutting up was at Crewe Works in December 1988.
