Trslid182f Chester Corporation FFM138C
With a bit of a Triumph Herald creeping in we have Chester Corporation FFM138C parked outside the Cathedral around March 1966 (slide processing date).
I think this was the start point of the 7 service to Cliveden Road which the bus is about to operate. FFM138C was a Guy Arab 5 with Massey H41/32F bodywork a combination favoured by the corporation throughout the 60's.
I remember the posters stuck to the bus windows were usually advertising upcoming Chester Matches. That said I am struggling as to why they would be playing Frickley in 1966 so maybe it was a different sporting fixture as I can not quite make out the top name.
