HEADING FOR THE SHELF
40152 is in the process of reversing past Kemps Eye towards the Shelf Sidings at Shrewsbury to collect some more ballast wagons on 11 April 1983
I had thought it was later in the month but it was definately at Shrewsbury on the date above

40152 hauled it's last train on 20-1-85 the 1E31 Manchester Victoria - Bradford Exchange Parcels.
On 21-1-85 it ran from Healey Mills - Newton Heath Depot Light engine,then withdrawn.
It remained here until 7-2-85.
On 8-2-85 it arrived at Doncaster Works for scrapping, and cut by 23-3-85
