I hope you all have a happy, peaceful and prosperous New Year.
We were at our now almost traditional, New Year's Eve, T20 cricket match - Adelaide Strikers vs the Sydney Sixers - Adelaide needed 13 runs from the last over and managed it with three towering sixes - talk about an exciting finish. (This won't mean much to non-cricket people - not to worry.)
This image is a photo merge composite. The stadium is four images merged and the fireworks were actually happening behind the stand we were in so I had to move those a little so you could see them. Another five shots here in the fireworks.
