Spiral Workshop & Performance
Pictures taken from a Sonic Arts Network workshop and performance at the Tate Modern(as part of the Long Weekend Festival) centered around Mathieu Briand's 'Spiral' installation.
The performance required members of the public to choose records from the box and add it to the ongoing plunderphonic composition by putting it on one of the six turntables. During this process a copy of the outputted music was written to vinyl on the fly and fed back into the mix.
The workshop was led by Duncan Chapman.
