The river Tiddy rises near Pensilva in S.E. Cornwall and flows south east, past the village of Tideford, until just after passing the village of St Germans and the Port Elliot estate, it joins the river Lynher.
St Germans’ Quay was busy in the last century with cargoes of minerals, coal, timber and limestone being transported from there until the Second World War. It is now home to the St. Germans Sailing Club.
