Early Childhood Science Activities

Dr. Diana Wehrell-Grabowski conducted a hands-on science lesson to introduce early childhood-age students to using eye loupes, hand lens, and simple microscopes. Students were actively engaged in observing objects from nature, from around the home, and living creatures. Students also conducted simple experiments to observe how water has the ability to magnify. The explorations the students conducted are also introduced during the teacher training workshops Dr. Diana Wehrell-Grabowski conducts nationwide. www.drdianateachertraining.com
