Bought this Japanese made Hilkinson Solus for some night stargazing . It is not bad at all, has a little dust and smears inside which does not seem to affect the view, it had a broken ocular arm, but luckily I had an old Japanese binocular which had an identical ocular arm and set up. Fairly good view. 2.5 degree FOV, but not as sharp and bright as a modern astronomy glass. Heavy, needs a tripod..
