Working On CGO Line Finders

Technican working on Panel Ground Cut Off line finders early 1970's. As can be seen from this photo Panel offices were not well lit. Switchman used to carry a flashlight in their back pocket so they could look at relays, selector rods brushes and sequence switch brushes.
