Spring at Elmira

A "rainy" day in the Sacramento Valley clears into a beautiful afternoon and finds a rerouted ZNPOA hot stack wheeling westward on the Cal-P behind Amtrak train 743. A heads up from JPP and SMW and some great stormlight makes the scene. Warmer days lately have brought out alot of spring color.
