Reflecting On Clouds And Trees At Lindo Lake - Infrared
Photographed on an afternoon with great clouds at Lindo Lake in Lakeside, California. I would always like to have clouds, water and healthy vegetation in all of my infrared pictures as I think those elements contribute to building a strong image. I used channel swapping to turn the sky blue. I do use a polarizing filter with infrared because I think it accentuates the effect. I've been taking infrared images for at least 17 years with a total of 3 different cameras. It's much easier to take infrared images digitally that it was in the film days. If you like this look, I have an album of infrared photographs, creatively named Infrared.
