Fog fishing in Assynt, Loch Hannay, Inchnadamph area, the 30th of May 2016
There was a regular hatch of big dark Olives today on that corrie loch (see the next picture). This "average" fish took a green Olive size 14. The fog was so thick that you sometimes couldn't see your fly. But as there was no wind you could hear the fish rising. Tricky but exciting.
Safely released like all the fogs of this gallery.
Note about this gallery : if the name of the lochs are fake, in order to preserve them from the angling pressure, the areas are always accurate.
