Revan, the Water Warrior

This is my entry to SMoT round 3.

 

Revan was in a tribe of Natives. It was known that he liked to explore new places. One day, while exploring into a small cave, he found a metal breastplate with ornate details. Along with this he found a vein of blue crumbly stone. He gathered as much of the stone into the breastplate as possible and headed back to camp. eveyone was in awe and wondered where he got the rock, as it could be used for paint. He showed them the cave and they found that the vein was huge. They would go there to get more stone to paint with. They also figured out how to dye hide with it.

The breastplate was also a huge find. They found that it was much stronger than all the stone hatchets they had. and they reproduced the breastplate in large numbers, adding some of the blue rock to the metal to give it color.

Revan, however was not concerned much with these advancements. He had decided to become the best warrior he could. He trained as much as he could.

One day, while in his ceremonial outfit, a group of rival tribe members invaded the camp. Revan was able to hold them off until the others could flee. He was then called the water warrior for he found the blue rock and was able to defeat many.
