Second orange dip
MQT 3391 missing all lights, and number boards, sits in 2 bay inside a fairly empty Manistee roundhouse. In this photo 3391 has received its orange paint above the frame and its black paint below the frame. The following night the yellow would be applied followed by the decals. The contractors made quick work of the three SD40-2's but the quick work did not jeopardize the quality of the paint and still look fairly decent after almost 6 years.
