Grab hold of self control

A picture to showcase my chipped nails and /grabbing hold of/ something I have yet to command. Self-control. When it comes to food, it is beyond my control. I really let myself go and it's terrifying. I wish I could stop it but my mind goes all tensed and stressed up whenever I'm alone, and I find myself stuffing myself even more.
