Governor Lingle visited the Okinawa Technical High School where students focus on science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education, including practical applications such as robotics, laser technology and information systems. Students also learn to make soap from palm oil, how to build incubators to hatch eggs and applying skills to cooking.
