Hard to see exactly what is going on here - but it look like there is a Tassel Bradshaw figure in the centre (based on the shape and headress) with a figure from the Straight Part Figure Period superimposed (left as we look) and then a macropod (Painted Hand Period?) is then superimposed on top of the latter.
