35018 British India Line - Lune Rivers Trust - Gigglewick 25/9/2021
The cunning plan was to photograph 35018 as it accelerated away from the 30 mph slack for the footcrossing at the Settle Jn end of Gigglewick station. N.B. I was not the only one who thought that as it started to go dark, the platform lighhts would come on. They didn't!
35018 was actually doing all the work as it climbed through Gigglewick station with the returning Lune Rivers Trust from Chester to Carnforth. 37 668, on the rear was, for once today, only ticking over.
