sierra fancy dress

we were required to dress up for the "jazz and swing" nite i worked.... this is what i came up with, though i had to hem the dress by 5 incehs, the lining, too. plus i added a pocket on the left side to make it easier to keep track of my orders and money.... and put a strap in around my neck so i wouldn't pop out of my dress while i set martinis down....
