Quarry Bank Mill
Built at the start of the Industrial Revolution, Quarry Bank Mill is a wonderfully well preserved cotton mill, now in the care of the National Trust. Knowledgable guides are there to show many of the machines working, and the cotton calico they produce is for sale in the shop.
