Narrow bridge

This 13 arch, single lane bridge was built in 1770 to link the little towns of Killaloe and Ballina. Now it is controlled by traffic lights and the guide book says its quicker to walk than drive across, so we did. Gorgeous views of Lough Derg on another misty day. This was our lunch stop on our journey back to Dublin...and our flight home; it completes our Irish tour.
