Black Crowned Heron - Juvenile
This juvenile Black-Crowned Night Heron seem to fixate on my camera, so it made all the sense in the world to spend time with him and memorialize his focused gaze. I like the soft pea soup background with the contrast of the bird's eyes and beak.
