Role-Taking Phase
This photo relates to the "role-taking" phase of communication processes during assimilation.
I choreographed this photo specifically for this phase to show the superior (me) looking over and observing the member doing his work. The second photo on the right is him showing me the work he has done. I display the expression on my face as impressed with his work that he has brought forward. Since I am impressed with his efforts, I went along and gave him a larger portion of assignments that was relevant to his talents.
