With the outlawing of non-low floor buses on stage-carriage services many operators have had to find other uses for buses that have plenty of life in them but don’t meet the new regulations. In Cumbria, Stagecoach has used some of these buses as schoolbuses and painted them in a dedicated livery such as 16640 (P270VPN).
