Bar-sided Skink

Just went down to the mangrove board walk in Wynnum to play around with my then new macro lens.

This little guy is called a "Bar-sided Skink" and lives in the hollows of the trees.

You have to be very quiet to get close to this shy little lizard only about 2 inches in size.
