While the streets of District 18 are fairly quiet the police force is ready with their small agile speeders, for when unsavory elements form nearby districts encroach.
A small Police Speeder built for the LSB District 18 contest Enforce category. This one started with the dark blue arches and the turbines, and it took me a while to figure out if they were the front or rear of the speeder.
