Accountability Wednesday (365.155)
(before anyone gets all up in arms, if you've never seen me in person, I am much shorter than you think I am: about 5'7")
Goals:
-I want to be back into my clothes. I can button the bigger sizes when I'm at the thinnest part of my cycle, but they're not comfortable.
-More tone and definition, especially in my upper arms and around my middle.
-I'd like to able to wear skirts in the summer without getting rashes on my legs from chafing.
-Relearning to eat in moderation. Plants, mostly, and not too much, if you will. Prior to shacking up, I ate a lot more salad, cheese and whole grains. I've used Punsir's preferences as an excuse to eat more meat, more processed foods and more alcohol.
-If that number wanted to drop by about 15, that'd be fine.
