Tuol Sleng - Devices of Torture
The paintings on the wall were done by Vann Nath who was a prisoner of S.21, the security organization who ran the Tuol Sleng facility. His skills as a photographer (and artist) were recognized by the his captors and thus he was kept alive and eventually removed from the prison.
