Unknown Wreck-01

I was taking the little Mutt for a run at Castle Rising, just down toward Onion Corner, when I spotted this old wreck just inside the woods. I have walked past there no end of times before and it’s not been visible. I have no idea what it was, but the end of the crank looks like it has the facility for a starting handle….
