BBC film crew

Spotted outside Starbucks in Shang Hai. They were doing a programme on how Shang Hai has changed dramatically in the last 10 years. This very modern shopping complex was a stone's throw from the most awful derelict buildings and outward signs of poverty I think I have ever seen. I don't think the dole or job seekers allowance translates!!!
