in the architecture photography and painting there is a style called borrowing element, in this the Qutup Minar has been borrowed to add to this foreground pillar structure, also symbolic that many Hindu temple pillars and stones were used to built the qutub which means the the Qutub Minar has been built o0n top of these pillars
