Integrity

Last Sunday I biked up to Santa Barbara and met Kathy up there. She wanted to shop for binoculars for our upcoming backpacking trip. She got a great set.

 

Outside a small trailer park in Carpenteria I noticed these wild orange hubcaps. The rust finish and the bolt on patch spoke of a design integrity I found impressive. Even the Stroh's beer tap handle used as a shift knob worked well with the overall concept.
