So much charm in a small package...

This is a Standard Flying Eight open tourer from 1938-1939. The 1021 cc engine developed 31 bhp. The maximum speed was around 60 mph, but nobody was rushing around in the 1940s. I must confess I found its charms irresistible. Seen at a village event in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, last weekend, and winning a lot of admiring looks.
