Fishy Pollen. Stingless Sugarbag Bee, Tetragonula laeviceps, on Caryota mitis, Common Fishtree Palm, KLCC Park, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Yesterday's late-afternoon tropical rainshowers brought down drops laden with the pollen of Fishtails higher up in flowers that I can't reach. They dried yellow on lower foliage. And this morning various Bees were collecting that pollen. Among them this - if I am not mistaken - Tetragonula laeviceps, a tiny Stingless Sugarbag Bee.
