Cali & Nemo
Nemo is a mix, most likely part golden retriever, part border collie, whom we rescued from probable life on a chain. When we got him, he was wild and rough, but affectionate. He nipped and scratched us bloody and bruised by accident because he had never been trained. Now he is a gentle "foster dad" for our foster kittens. Here, Cali has fallen asleep on his hip, and although he wants to move, he doesn't want to disturb Cali. It's hard to make Cali out because it's a dark photo and cali's a dark kitten.
