Water, Water Everywhere, And All Of It To Drink

My temporary friend cat over by the Sunken Garden at the Warner Castle was able to get just about all the water she needed by first lapping some up in a depression on top of a wall and less conventionally by pulling some very wet high plant leaves over close and slurping up the water on those. I wonder if all cats to the pulling-over thing?
