Killdeer: "Sheesh! I just got back here, and you two are heading south already?!"

Mallard drake: "Hey, Killy, I just go where she goes, ya know what I mean?"

 

I got better shots of a pair of Killdeers when I returned to the south side of the Marsh in late afternoon....
