We were looking for Western Tanagers when this little guy popped up. I've never thought of this marsh bird as a passerine, but one look at his feet shows his versatility! Might have missed this opportunity had my wife not seen it and alerted me. It is fitting that I've saved the best shot for last—hers with the little Canon SX30!
