plane spotting

This may amount to nothing but I saw this type of plane a few days ago, circling in the vicinity of some extra weird chemtrails (same day, time and proximity). I captured it here some ten days later flying extremely low to the ground in a convoy of two planes, over a village. It looks like some military cargo plane perhaps but I'd appreciate if anyone could better identify it. I'm also curious about the nose shape and if it contains any interesting instruments.
