*2011 update -- This vacant lot, which was created in 2007 in anticipation of the erection of a 17-story high-rise condo development, was finally replaced with a paved surface parking lot this year. Of course, a parking garage (in addition to mixed-use storefronts with apartments above) existed here before the vacancy was created.
