Hope you don't ever have to rely on Fairpoint in a real emergency.

As soon as Time Warner phone and internet service became available in my area, I dropped Fairpoint like a hot potato. After years of inaccurate billing statements, lengthy service interruptions, poor connections, and clueless customer service people, I am finally free of Fairpoint. They suck. They suck out loud.
