Title borrowed from the cult 1985 film of the same name, which featured a soundtrack by Big Country.
37175 hammers out of Crianlarich with ETHEL 3 providing ETS on 19th August 1985 with 1M16, the 17:42 Fort William to Euston Sleeper. The lighting was truly awful, an exposure of 1/30th sec @ f4 on Kodak Tri-X Pan film (400 asa) was all that was possible on my Mamiya 645 camera, Adobe magic has done the rest.
The 37 was not in the peak of condition at this point, as can be seen by the exhaust plumes, Eastfield soon fixed it!
