xxx chocolate cake
recipe: xxx chocolate sponge cake with raspberries/strawbrries,rum and cream.

Ingredients
2 thirds of a cup/60g plain flour
half a cup/60 corn flour
2 thirds of a cup/60g of cocoa
2 cups/180g icing sugar (very fine sugar)
5 eggs separated + pinch of salt
a splash of rum
Sift the plain flour, corn flour and cocoa together. Set aside.
Keep 3 table spoons of the icing sugar for egg whites.
Beat the remaining sugar and egg yolks together until light and 'stringy'
In another bowl beat the egg whites and salt until soft soft peaks form add sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff peaks are formed.
