Ready for an intervention, peut-être? This place is surrounded by well-maintained and orderly residential properties. One can only imagine the stories the neighbors would tell, the sagas of calls to the City, neighborhood association, etc. The Google Street View of this site shows a front yard with only a few indicators pointing to its current condition. Notably, however, several police officers were gathered on the street in front as the Google camera-car drove past, possibly discussing the situation. I discovered this scene during a walk.
