Refresh of my Plex Server into a full fledged virtualization lab for work.
Upgraded from an i7-4790k, 32GB of ram to an AMD EPYC 7443p Supermicro H12 dual 10Gb Nic system, built-in SAS 3008 controller with 256GB of ECC DDR4-3200mhz memory.
Also added 3x 4TB Crucial P3+ drives in RaidZ1 to host VM zvols and databases.
