GNWR 7260 Avon

GNWR box car 7260 of obvious LEF&C heritage has just been picked up from King Cole in Avon, NY on March 8, 2002. This car would go back and forth between Avon and York, a distance of about 7 miles by road, but many circuitous miles by rail. To get the car out of the King Cole spur, the conductor would release the brakes and give the car a push to get it on the Avon Industrial so that the engines could couple onto the North end of the car. Wish I had done video at the time of Tim pushing on the car to get it moving,
