Bill Heeks gets off of RS97 to flag the crossing at the diamond at North Street in Leroy, NY on March 1, 1980. This view shows the tilt board signal and the diamond with what at that time was a Conrail branch. Conrail gave up on the branch soon after and the diamond was removed.
