Conrail 8199 Shenango
Conrail train WIHN-08 is about to cross the diamond with the B&LE at Shenango, PA on January 15, 1994. It was 17 degrees below zero and windy, one of those days that you never forget. We had gone to the big Reyers Shoe store in Sharon to get boots, and this train just happened by as we left the store. The cab of our truck would not even get warm because it was so cold.
